You can find the installation instructions either in the archive's comment or here.
You'll need a RAR file compatible Program like WinRAR. You can get it here.

I tried to follow the installation instructions, but the problem is I didn't find the "packeges" folder in my ICQ6 folder Oo
the folders I have there are:
-ConfigFiles
-License
-Services
-Sounds
-Updates
so where to put the skin?
