Uns wurde von einem Boxely Mitarbeiter von AOL mitgeteilt, dass Wir Übersetzungen und Inhalte über Boxely veröffentlichen können, solange Wir keine Werbung auf der Webseite haben. Da Wir das nicht tun, und profitlos arbeiten, haben Wir die Hauptseite nun veröffentlicht. Sie kann unter boxely.de besucht werden. Wir strebe den 1. August dieses Jahres an, um die vollständig übersetzte Dokumentation zu veröffentlichen. Wir bitten um Geduld.

We were told by a Boxely staff member at AOL, We could release translations, and stuff about Boxely as long as We do not put advertisements on that site. As We are not doing such things, working non-profit, We have set up the mainpage now. You can visit it on boxely.de. We are aiming August 1st this year for the release of the fully German documentation. Please be patient, and stay notified for what’ll be going on.

Some of the new ICQ6 Skins are online now, and can be downloaded. Thanks a lot to Maxx Scharlatan for his approval.

Soon, new offerings will be here. We have been archiving Skins, and asked several people if We may release their creations here. We’ll soon upload a real bunch of Skins for ICQ6 and We are already looking forward to more. Check the Skinning Tutorial and We’ll even help you. Try to move the world with your great creations.

The Sample Skin got another Update, just now. It now offers you even more possibilities:

• more colors (tab font, fonts in toaster, contacts,…)
• more Images are applied
• moving/resizing the close, minimize and maximize/restore buttons
• full phone xtra control
• move/resize the toaster windows
• changing main font style
• using background images for the contact list
• modifying the corner radius of the main window 
• compatible with all versions since Build 5352 (just some text colors won’t be applied in Build 5352 and 5354)

The AnimeSharp servers were offline from about 12:13am until now. We hope most of you didn’t notice. The problem is fixed now, of course.

We know very well, that updates are something, everyone needs to face when using computer software. We now made a huge Update again to the ICQ 6 Sample Skin along going with the newest ICQ6 release, build 5391. You can find it on the old place in the forums. Don’t wonder why We didn’t need to edit the post, We just replaced the file on the server directly, which was needed to some errors in our system. We are looking forward to more activity in the forums, too. Please give some posts about anything you want, just spamming with advertisements isn’t welcome.

ICQ released a new Version containing both English and German within the installer. The translations aren’t very good, but get an update, to fix some minor bugs.

We would have never thought the Smilies were to be the issue for our forums’ malfuntion. The bug is fixed now and everything is back online for worldwide access.

Right now the forums do cause severe CPU load on our server, when someone wants to access the ICQ boards. Due to that, they have been deactivated. We will as soon as possible fix it. Please be patient.

Well, We’re guessing it might be a bit useful to not only change the directory structure on a server and applying it to the mostused part, the webserver, but also to the FTP server. We fixed that now, and users may log on and upload/download their files again.

As for some new domains registered, We had some server problems about redirecting all sub URLs back to normal state, making the base URL http://www.animesharp.com/ .
They are now all working fine again, even when accessing them from http://www.animesharp.de/

Fixed some typing issues in my posts in the forums.
Nothing special, though.

I found another problems with the host management and the forum’s sessions.
I fixed them now, the forums should work for everyone now and have been moved to the international domain name: animesharp.com
I am looking forward to posts from all of you, and maybe starting a project or just posting an idea you have and wish to improve.
Also fixed host problems. The server should run fine now.
